Message My first pass thru when I check the starter relay, I tested it on my bench, it clicked and the meter gave a squeak. Called it good.

The second time thru, I measured the resistance of the switched contacts between 33 and 47 ohms with the relay closed. Using Ohms' Law V=IR, lets say it takes 10 amps to crank the starter so it would take 330 to 470 volts DC to get that current thru the relay contacts Too bad the battery only has 12 volts and it takes a lot more than 10 amps to crank.

A few things I would recommend do again and recommend:

Draw your own circuit diagram for the configuration that you have. The schematic in the manual has Manual, Auto, Canada and US all superimposed on one drawing. The diagram for a single configuration is quite simple.

The starter relay and Theft relay use ¼ inch spade terminals. I made inline extensions with taps so that I could probe the two relays as they function in normal use. You can probe under these two relays and at the starter to get all the information you need to find the problem.
